It's one thing to try to remove all the "bad" things in our lives - there's certainly wisdom in avoiding potential pitfalls.

But where something is removed a vacuum remains. That's why will-power and trying to avoid temptation will never be enough. We live in a fallen world and we're made of flesh, so we need more than mere avoidance. We must be immersed in Jesus.

Join Pastor Chris as he unpacks Romans 6:12-14, encouraging us to "give ourselves completely to God." We will overcome sin only through intimacy with Jesus.
